    1-The seven leading causes of stress in U.S.A they are job pressure,relationships,money,health related,poor nutrition and sleep issues.
    2-In those cases if they are similar.
    3-I'm stressed that I can not sleep well.
    4-To me what I do not stress is to eat.
    5-The main sources of stress they are :77% of people regularly show physical symploms,30% of people are always or often under stress at work and 54% of people fight with people close to them.
