4)In this painting Van Gogh expressed his new impressions of southern France. The work represents a café in the city of Arles, which at that time called "Café Terrace".
This work falls within the category of paintings by this author that seek to illuminate the night giving a tinge of joy and color to the night landscapeal figures in the history of Western art.

I choose the artist Gustav Klimt who was an Austrian symbolist painter. Klimt's primary subject was the female body. His paint "The Kiss" is my favorite because of the meaning and the hole love situation that in a simple paint Klimt represent. It's awesome how a paint, fully covered by colours and non-alive objects, can automatically become in a coreographic version of reality.

    2) Giovanni Paolo Pannini:
Pannini also spelled Panini, (born 1691, Piacenza, Duchy of Parma and Piacenza [now in Italy]—died 1765, Rome), the foremost painter of Roman topography in the 18th century. His real and imaginary views of the ruins of ancient Rome embody precise observation and tender nostalgia, combining elements of late classical Baroque art with those of incipient Romanticism.
His early education included instruction in the art of perspective, and he may have studied quadratura (scenic perspective or design) with Ferdinando Galli Bibiena. He probably began painting in Piacenza, but his early activity remains entirely conjectural. Pannini settled in Rome in 1711 and shortly thereafter entered the studio of Benedetto Luti.

    3) Picture Gallery with Views of Modern Rome 1757

    4) This extravagant souvenir was one of four similar paintings commissioned by the Duc de Choiseul to commemorate his stay in Rome as the French ambassador to the Vatican. Pannini, who became the most celebrated view painter in Rome, had been trained in a school of stage designers in Bologna. He depicted the duke seated in the center of a fantastic art gallery, surrounded by sculptures by Michelangelo and Bernini. Around him hang Pannini's meticulously detailed views of Roman buildings, fountains, and monuments of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, including Saint Peter's Square, the Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps.

    5) In my opinion it is a fabulous painting that highlights the excellent use of views to achieve a space effect in it.

His illustrations, especially the engravings, are characterized by their sharp contours, simple shapes, an accentuated contrast of light and shadow, and by their groups of vivid characters. Such characteristics became a constant in his production throughout his artistic career.

2)in the 1878 painting of william-adolphe bouguereau a soul brought to heaven, the artist demonstrates the depths of his compositional skill, honed in europe''s most respected academies of the late 19th century.
with an intimate and personal knowledge of the renaissance masters, figurative painting on a biblical theme is a moving interpretive reproduction of the frescoes by rafael , as well as a moving evocation of loss in bouguereau''s personal life.
after earning the respect and acceptance of the academy, reaching lifetime membership at the age of 51,bouguereau became a figure of charity and equality, teaching at the independent ecole des beaux-arts that did not require entrance exams and only charged very basic.

Before Potter died of tuberculosis at the age of 28, he succeeded in producing about 100 paintings, working continuously.
In July 1650, Potter married Adriana Van Balcken. Amalia of Solms-Braunfels, a member of the stadholder's family and an art-lover, bought a painting with a pissing cow, but some court ladies seemed to have advised against it. In May 1652, he returned to Amsterdam on invitation of Nicolaes Tulp, who owned a number of his paintings. Tulp was impressed by his civilized behavior and politeness and had Potter paint his son Dirck Tulp as a noble equestrian. Potter made a will in January 1653 and died a year later of tuberculosis.

3)The Cafe Terrace On The Place Du Forum Arles At Night
4)Café Terrace at Night is an 1888 oil painting by the Dutch artist Vincent van Gogh. It is also known as The Cafe Terrace on the Place du Forum, and, when first exhibited in 1891, was entitled Coffeehouse, in the evening (Café, le soir).

Van Gogh painted Café Terrace at Night in Arles, France, in mid-September 1888. The painting is not signed, but described and mentioned by the artist in three letters.
Visitors to the site can stand at the northeastern corner of the Place du Forum, where the artist set up his easel. The site was refurbished in 1990 and 1991 to replicate van Gogh's painting. He looked south towards the artificially lit terrace of the popular coffee house, as well as into the enforced darkness of the rue du Palais which led up to a building structure (to the left, not pictured) and, beyond this structure, the tower of a former church which is now Musée Lapidaire.
Towards the right, Van Gogh indicated a lighted shop as well and some branches of the trees surrounding the place, but he omitted the remainders of the Roman monuments just beside this little shop.
The painting is currently at the Kröller-Müller Museum in Otterlo, Netherlands.

    3) Oscar-Claude Monet (1840-1926) is a famous French painter and one of the founders of the Impressionism movement along with his friends Renoir, Sisley and Bazille. Monet rejected the traditional approach to landscape painting and instead of copying old masters he had been learning from his friends and the nature itself. Monet observed variations of color and light caused by the daily or seasonal changes.
    4) The painting has white flowers near a river. There are factories behind that pollute the air.
    5) I think that in the painting you can see a contrast between the pure nature and the pollution made by the human being.
